Tooting my own horn

Weight Watchers has helped me lose 18.8 pounds!  And if I hadn't gained four pounds back twice, I would have lost almost 27 pounds!  Why do I keep doing this!!!???  Can I just go DOWN from now on, and not UP?

If anyone wants a delicious and sorta filling snack, I recommend a Weight Watchers raspberry-white chocolate yogurt mixed with 3/4 cup frozen blueberries.  Delish.

I've been taking my pumpkin walnut chocolate chip muffins to Jeanne.  I said to her, "I can't eat these fast enough."  She looked at me with incredulity:  "Did you hear what you just said?"

P.S. I'm down 44 pounds from last winter. Yay me.

AND (drum roll) I saw my doc yesterday and she DECREASED my blood pressure medication.

If I ever get to my goal weight, I'm going to spend the rest of my life shopping.  For clothes.  For me.
