I don't think I want to spend 15 minutes typing out this recipe for Pasta and Squash with Tomatoes, Basil, and Pine Nuts unless I know someone would actually try it. It is DIVINE. I used Dad's fresh tomatoes and basil and zucchini from the farmer's market. This is what I WISH I could cook for Saturday dinner, but I would need a co-cook to do half with me. You would all LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this, and Emma, it's all vegetarian. If someone wants to volunteer, we could have it for Saturday dinner, or if people are interested, I will post the recipe. This one's a winner.
